Just posted in the LA scene reports thread....but I'm hoping to drum up some US representation for this show......Can't wait.
I think Magazines is a possiblity, since they seem to want to try different stuff for each TV appearance.

OK, guys....looks like (according to the website), our boys are performing on The Tonight Show on Tuesday, July 8th. Missalabama, I know you have Old 97's tickets that night, but it tapes around 5, so we should have plenty of time to get to the Fonda.... Anyone in? I'm gonna try and hit the ticket standby line at 10am. Details here: www.tonightshowwithconanobrien.com/tickets/I'll send in an email request for 4 tickets right now, but it's probably too late. We'll have to try standby. The Unified Scene needs to represent! Jack

Nice setlist...in whatever order.
Milkcrate and Sketchy? Wow, didn't think I'd see both in the same set ever again....

Bruce Springsteen and Phish live from Bonnaroo. Thanks to livephish.com. My mind is blown. Not sure if it's in a good way.

Hey...Random Question. I know the Ace Frehley NY song that the band came on during night 2, but what was the "I Love NY" song that they used on Night one? Thanks. Jack (bummed he went home after the Bowery shows, for sure...) Andrew W.K. Awesome...thanks Kim.

I just realized that Brendan (and I) were considering skipping this show to see Jimmy Fallon. I am so glad that didn't happen. Are you guys going tonight? When we talked on Tuesday, it sounded like you weren't...I hope you are! Can't wait to see what the guys have up their sleeves. Jack

Holy Shit. Tonight. I won't say much more, than....
They played every song from Separation Sunday. Every one.
My god, these two shows were worth the 3,000 mile trip. If I didn't have a family that I care about or a job I need, I wouldn't be leaving NY in 6 hours. Have fun in Brooklyn everyone. Nice to put some faces to screennames.

And... how did KP work as an opener? It's hard to imagine... Each band member came out separately. Bobby, started the beat, Galen, began the bass line, then Franz, then Tad, etc.... By the time Craig came out, the place was going nuts. I've never seen such energy and passion begin a show. Seriously. It worked to perfection. Fun to meet other US'ers. On to tonight! Jack

UNIFIED MEET UP at Strand Book Store, 12th & Broadway, around 4pm Come hang with me, Brendan and Kim! Damn. Gonna try to get into Letterman to make my NY trip complete. If I don't make it in, I'll come by! If not, I'll be sporting US shirt #64. Long-ish hair and a beard (kind of like my avatar), come say hi! Jack

Thumbs up from me! It drags a bit in the middle...but I'm enjoying it. Looking forward to the iTunes download tonight that includes his version of Velvet Underground's "Femme Fatale."

It's streaming on Wilco's site (and "out there" on the internets)... wilcoworld.net/discs/thealbum/Gotta say I'm loving it...but then again, I'm biased. They're second only to THS for me these days. Jack
