Surprised this hasn't been posted yet. Not long to go! This is my first proper THS concert (I saw them once at HMV where they played about 8 SP songs). Is the Roundhouse a good venue? Who else is coming?

Yes! I am coming, and bringing a friend and she is bringing one of her mates from uni. Also trying to persuade Lilhan... Oh yeah and trying to persuade one of my friends here in Brighton to bust up to London after work and join the party!

;D *too excited about the whole tour* Me too!!! I kept going on about it last night in the pub but nobody seemed that impressed. They just don't know what they're missing! Anyway hope to see you all in London. ;D The Roundhouse is a good venue from what I can remember and certainly a legendary one. Not too big but possibly the biggest venue on this leg of the tour? Nice terrace bar area but probably not so good at this time of year!

Wey Masha will be great to catch up! We'll have to arrange a pub to meet in beforehand or something. I am lucky to not be working that day so I can show up whenever... and as some of you know that will mean early - can't risk not getting on the railing

Hopefully somebody who knows the area will come up with a good pub but if not I'll do some research. I'll be an early bird as well hopefully... Only two more sleeps before Nottingham so very excited now!

The Enterprise, slightly north of the Roundhouse on the east side of Chalk Farm Road, is a good music pub. Also nearby, the Lock Tavern is music-associated. Tons of decent pubs just across the railway lines in Primrose Hill. The Hawley Arms has reopened, for those who find that sort of thing alluring.

That's awesome, except I would make one small amendment. I'd just change the word 'maybe' for the word 'definite'. So it's more like: That's loads better.

Do you think I'll be able to get down in the pit? It's just that my tickets say level 2 on them (I bought them last minute, the person on the phone said there were about 5 left). I really wanna get up close and personal

I'm also curious about the 'level 2' thing since my tickets say the same thing. It isn't allocated seating is it?

if you are in level 2 you are in the seated part and as they check your tickets as you try and go through the doors to the main standing area you are stuck up there .....unless you have friends / fellow members of the Unified Scene who have standing tickets, then you just send them through the doors with their tickets and get one to return with as many standing tickets as you need and discreetly give them to you to borrow so you can flash them to security to get you into the standing area.

The whole thing is standing though isn't it? Maybe it won't matter on the night.

as I said above it is very easy to bunk into the downstairs bit by borrowing someones tickets to get past the security as people are walking in and out of it all the time to use toilets, other bar and go for a smoke.
the level 2 area is seated

I'm not sure my dad well want me to borrow a strangers ticket. Hopefully he wont mind. I'm pretty small anyway so I can easily slip past people. And I think you can get seats cos the asked if i wanted seated or standed(?) on the phone.
