April is far too long a wait. Besides my birthday is five days after that. This will start an awesome week. IN!

If anyone wants a ticket, let me know.
I bought regular tickets on Friday, when they had no VIP tickets. Today they had VIP tickets, so I now have 4 tickets and just need 2. I'm willing to sell the regular tickets for less than I paid.

VIPs are really worth it? I've never considered them seriously.

Strange how the VIP became available after the general tickets...Shouldn't that go the other way around? I really hope GA doesnt get hosed on being close to the band.

I've always had the impression that VIPs get a section set aside in the back or upstairs - never seen something where it's at the front. But anything is possible.

I really hope GA doesnt get hosed on being close to the band. consider yourself hosed the VIP tickets that went on sale after the 12th fro 20 bucks more get front by stage adn first row balcony all the other GA will be mid to back but House of Blues Chicago is not that big it's a fine enough venue it's a show a oneoff in chicago it's all good

True that, even if I'm in a "second" front row crowd, it will not stop the rock.

Reposted from the other Chicago thread
+++++ VIP Ticket Info, From House of Blues Lady ++++++++
To keep Brendan from having a full on heart attack, I called the House of Blues and got this info: - the VIP tickets are for donors that have given a certain thousands-of-dollars level to the charity - the VIPs must not have been too interested in seeing THS and now we get these tickets if we want them - If you have VIP tickets you get access to the first balcony, which is reserved for VIPs only - If you have VIP tickets, you get access to the Foundation Room (hence F/R on Ticketmaster), which I assume is the Cubs Charities Foundation benefit party. I asked if the band would be there, she did not know. I asked if there would be free drinks, she did not know. I asked if John Cusack would be there, and she said most definitely.
That is the word of the Lord, via the House of Blues Lady.
