Thought it was my turn to self-promote without shame (although maybe a bit of embarassment at the comparative quality). Started out recently playing solo and have just released my debut EP 'A New Hope' with a little help from my friends. If you guys could like my facebook page you can then download my EP for free (most recent post). Would mean a lot to me  . |

I'm performing tonight in Austin, TX. Anyone nearby should come out.
It's at a place called Infest. Doors at eight, me at ten thirty, no cover.
I know that typically I shouldn't post about a show but this is my first show in Austin, so I'm excited. =D

I am supporting one of my biggest inspirations on the 27th of September AND 16th November. I posted about the Nov one on Twitter, and the guy replied saying that hopefully we could sing together on the night.

Went to a small festival last weekend, Gypsy In The Field, to see my friend play on the Friday night. Was really nice, excellent gig. Then one of the acts dropped out, and yours truly ended up opening the main stage on the Saturday. Was such as buzz.
General consensus from the talk of the festival is that my friend and I were the best acts.
Festival owner said 'That was the best thing that could have happened, that band not turning up and you playing. Thank you.'
