I'm hoping so too but the band Billingsgate are, I believe, from Chicago. Could be cryptic though. Fingers crossed!

There's a great venue in Minneapolis called The Fine Line. I would think First Ave would be a no-brainer (Fine Line is smaller), but what do I know.

Any tips on hitching across the Atlantic? Stow away on a cruise ship? Crew a fishing boat? Join the navy?

Can't wait for these dates to be announced, to at least know if attending is going to be a possibility.
The waiting drove me mad...

Ok, so the lineups for Riot Fest have been released and no big shocker, they're playing both locations. The lineups are pretty bad ass. However, I'm hoping for a mini-tour to go along with that. It looks like the mainroom at First Avenue has a few days open between the weekend. And I think NY would also be a no brainer after Chicago. Any other speculation?

I'm still hoping that the Michael Jordan UNC pic means Cat's Cradle.

I'm putting off making plans with a friend in the fall in the hope of planning around individual shows. Here's hoping there's an announcement soon.

The Chicago Riot Fest line-up is so good. The Misfits, Morrissey, Bob Mould plus Social Distortion and, obviously, THS doing classic albums. And there's more I'm forgetting. I sure hope this is the night I win the lottery! Even 5 numbers and the bonus ball will do just to fund the trip!

Were they going to announce the whole tour today or just the two dates?

Bought a ticket for Chicago Riot Fest and made travel arrangements as soon as the lineup was released. Not missing that festival for the world.

Toronto or Pittsburgh would be great.
It would be pretty cool if they ever did a "last LAST" tour if they hit all the cities they have named or allued to in songs...Ybor City, Columbus, Shaker Heights etc...

I went to college in Newport News, and can still remember clearly the first time I heard The Swish and totally freaking out. Like, who the fuck namedrops Newport News?! Plus, the university has a badass theater with some of the best acoustics I've ever heard.

I live here, and I wouldn't go into Shaker Heights for a show! That's disconcerting. I used to shake it up in Shaker Heights. Many years ago. Then we moved to Chagrin Falls.
