Are those Molly and the Zombie tunes available to download anywhere? I'm enjoying them more than anything Gaslight has done in years.

Are those Molly and the Zombie tunes available to download anywhere? I'm enjoying them more than anything Gaslight has done in years. I spend enough time on TGA message boards that I should know, but I'm actually not sure. I know there's a soundcloud page that has them up, so maybe you can download them from there? I just ripped the audio from YouTube. And I agree about the MATZ/TGA comparison. I think they're great through American Slang. I loved Handwritten for about a week, but the luster quickly wore off. Lots of flash, but not a lot of substance. It's still good, fast driving music, at least. And don't even get me started on Get Hurt...But Fallon's side projects/solo output have been consistently excellent.

Brief clips of Floyd's "new" music (The Endless River).
Nice and mellow so far, lovely artwork too.

Some good songs but nowhere near the album that Emilyn Brodsky's Greatest Tits is. Emilyn is the female voice on Lord I'm Discouraged and does backing vocals on a few other songs on Stay Positive.

Noel Gallagher's new single and in the wake of their demise "BE" by Beady Eye.
Tad Kubler puts it best: "I love Oasis. I love them. I think that what they do is earnest. I think it's honest."

The new record by Josh Pyke, "The Beginning And The End Of Everything" is pretty consistently at my place right now. Lovely, lovely LP. Also: The soundtrack to the movie "Chef" on vinyl is really great. Soundtrack and the movie both well worth your time.

Way behind the curve (Amazon's been pushing it at me for months), but the Strand of Oaks record is pretty good. In a "War on Drugs" sort of vein (thus maybe risky to post here...), but a bit louder.

The new TV On The Radio record. Digging it. Sounds like the natural thing to do for them right now.

The Big Green by Quiet Life is my go to lately. Caught them for free at Asbury Park Yacht Club last weekend.
