I was at the Black Cat DC show. Mix and sound was superb. IN fact, I thought it could've been a bit louder.
The guys have consistently great live guitar tones.Tad had the Bob Amp back in action and something that looked like an old Gretsch or perhaps a Carr? Steve appeared to be rocking the 10" combo version of the Marshall Studio Vintage along with an AC15. I think Craig had a Princeton Reverb. Couldn't get close enough to see any pedal boards. 335s all the way except for the double neck. BTW, did anyone else notice the Song Remains the Same homage on THS Twitter page? CLASSIC. I think I saw a Les Paul in Tad's rack but don't recall it getting played.
Also, shout out for Galen. The beat up P-bass through Ampeg is classic.
