and yes, i am using 'literally' correctly... THS will be playing in the HOTTEST PLACE ON EARTH on sunday www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/story/0,22049,25014131-5001021,00.html The audit was previously planned but will be stepped up after revelations NSW will become the hottest place in the world on Sunday, with temperatures expected to soar to 47C. Not even the plains of Africa or the deserts of the Middle East will be as hot. (okay so its not 100% accurate and it won't hit that high in sydney but its a good story)

you've never been to Australia at least Laneway is a nice location...Big Day Out is held in Olympic Park, which is mostly concrete. and it goes for twelve hours. and there are giant giant crowds. and nobody wears shirts hell BDO and Homebake (big local music festival in Sydney, where 'local' can mean 'Nick Cave, Crowded House, or AC/DC') were really hot this year the trick is lots of free water, lots of water sprayers, and chillout tents. with an emphasis on 'chill'
