I really like Ted Leo, but I've only gotten Living With the Living, any suggestions? Where can I find some Chisel, while I'm at it?

Shake The Sheets and The Tyranny of Distance are pretty much essential, and if you like those, you need Hearts Of Oak too. As for Chisel, I found an album on a torrent site one time, and was immensely disappointed. It's just kind of generic crappy garage-punk, nothing like the Pharmacists.

the Tyranny of Distance is his best. I'm a HUGE Ted fan myself, and I just think that's the most solid, but it really depends on the day for me. Because I also love Hearts and STS. Living With The Living just drags a little bit in the middle.
But if you have the chance, you have to see him live. He's the second best live act I've ever seen (behind THS, natch.)
And I got the Chisel CD's off of iTunes, so try looking there.

brian fallon's the gaslight anthem guy, right? he's got a cover of my favourite tom waits song ("cold cold ground") on his myspace that i refuse to acknowledge exists.
i'd like to have a beer with ted leo, seems like a great guy.

Tyranny Of Distance is his best. I'll kill anyone who disagrees. Chisel sucks. I'll kill anyone who disagrees.
