Everyone can thank Cory for this video, he got the whole thing - a very great surprise.

That is awesome! The latest album has been on heavy rotation in the Stewart household. They are playing some great small venues on that UK tour as well.

This looks a ridiculous amount of fun. It was pretty amazing. Like the entire room exploded when Craig came out... like about 300 collective minds blown in a matter or minutes.

I'm headed to the show September 8th at Ottobar. I may be as well. Haven't seen a show at the Ottobar in years. What's it like these days?

The last show I saw at Ottobar was Wye Oak in December of 2011. I'm sure it's pretty much the same.

The neighborhood is improving towards transitional and you can feel fine about parking behind the venue. There is a place diagonally across from the venue which I would say is fine for craft beers or cocktails but skip on their hipster meat off the bone nonsense menu unless you have money to throw around with no value in return. Up the street a block is a place called Sweet27 for another option for ding especially for vegetarians. Arun (from the Uptown Controllers) says it is one of his favorite places to eat on tour.

Thanks Rich, especially about the parking. Last time I was at The Ottobar (maybe 12 years ago) I wouldn't have chanced it. I'll probably hit Brewer's Art in Mt Vernon for dinner, not cheap but at least worth the splurge and not terribly far.

Sweet27 is GREAT. I always like to hit Paper Moon for breakfast or dinner when I'm in Baltimore, and that's relatively close to the Ottobar.

There are worse parts of Baltimore to be in besides where Ottobar is.
