First listen not bad and "Down From Above" is the most amazing song on the album! I'm still buying it. I have everything else Tweedy wise (Uncle Tupelo/Wilco) and I'm an OCD completist.

I really love Summer Noon and Wait For Love, but not a huge fan of the rest of the album...

I saw him play this live in DC and thought it was incredible. I haven't heard any of the recordings, but even hearing the songs for the first time in a live setting (the show was before the album dropped), it was a really special experience.

It's nice, but nothing more than that. A couple of really good songs, and I like the sound of it. But it's a bit too long, and also a bit too dull too often.
Saw them in Oslo couple of weeks ago. Good show! And the songs sounded better and more lively than on record. I also found myself thinking "THIS is a good song!" a lot more often than I would guessed.
