Anybody listen to this guy? It's an outlet for the songwriter Even Weiss. It took me a little while to "get it" the "emo revival" was kind of lost on me for a little while but I've recently really gotten into IIOI. When I think about how personal this dudes music is, I cringe a little. But it's really honest, earnest stuff. Highly recommended.
Also sorry if theres a thread for this already. I did a search and nothing popped up

YES.
Dude's been on an absurd hot streak of late. Really looking forward to his full-length with Their / They're / There. Definitely one of my favorites of these fourth wave emo bands. Others include: The World is a Beautiful Place and I Am No Longer Afraid To Die, You Blew It!, pretty much any band that's been listed in any one of those emo-revival pieces on various publications.

Its so so so so so weird to me that this stuff is popping up again. It sounds very much of a certain time and place to me. I'm not personally into Evan's music but I'm glad he's successful. I was in a couple bands with him like 12 years ago. He definitely gives it his all.

It sounds very much of a certain time and place to me. I agree... But I can't even put a finger on where or when. I get nostalgic for something I've never experienced. Thats one thing that drew me to it. Thats sweet you played in bands with Evan! I'd bet hes a pretty genuine guy.

To me it all sounds like south jersey from 1998-2001, but that's purely because that's where and when I was interested in it haha

Listening to Intersections now for the first time. I like it a lot. Not too keen on the production but I can see myself getting a bit obsessed over this in the near future.

Goddamn Oh wow, so that's why they both sound like shit in my car. Sad because Proper is a hella good driving record.
