Touring with The Hold Steady was everything I hoped it would be and much more. What an amazing band. EVERYDAMNEDNIGHT!
Still really love their latest album and upon hearing a couple of new ones at soundchecks, can't wait till the next one. "Stay Positive" was a grower that will inevitably make my year-end list. The title cut would be my single of the year if it had been released as one and "Slapped Actress" is one of the best songs of the year.
