i didn't think i would live to regret spending too much money on my pogues tix for st. patricks day. but i can't quite justify a second set of pogues tix, can i . . . and busfare and a weekend in NYC with my people?

i wish they'd come to Aus. we're founded by old Irish convicts. Shane and Nick Cave used to hang out. we get visits from all the Pogues imitators (Dropkicks and Flogging Molly) once a year. one of our stations even did a documentary on them please come to Australia, Shane. we have beer

'cause i do Well, given that it came out in summertime (June 87) on If I Should Fall From Grace With God, I'd say it's perfectly fine to listen to at any time! Great tune.
