I'd love to go to Sasquatch this year, but I don't think I can rope in any of my friends.

www.sasquatchfestival.com/Looks like a hell of a time. A decent handful of bands that I have long wanted to see. It seems like a camping deal, which I wanted to do at least once this summer. Don't know if I would be able to afford going , but that is a concern that I tend to ignore quite often. The ticket sales are a bit frustrating to me, daily parking tickets, and a single separate camping ticket(NO HOOK UPS). Tickets for the festival stopped selling yesterday, the day before they announce the lineup.

and a single separate camping ticket(NO HOOK UPS). What good is festival camping without "hookups"?

Bummer, won't be able to go out of town that weekend (plus the cost is outrageous). Looks like a really great lineup though, I hope they add a Seattle club date.

Actually a presale on Thursday, to get a head start. Probably shouldn't post the password here, but it's a borough of NY.
Pretty easy to figure it out....

So, Miss. How do I get to the Fillmore the next night, and make it back for DBT in LA? Sounds like a fun week. Will you just come down for THS?

Sasquatch lineup is like everything Bonnarro should be if Bonnaroo wasn't fucking awful this year. Wish I could go!

So, Miss. How do I get to the Fillmore the next night, and make it back for DBT in LA? Sounds like a fun week. Will you just come down for THS? Well, DBT is at the Fillmore on the 8th, so I'm more worried about making a Portland THS date, should one arise. Anyway, the answer to your question is Southwest. Take an early flight up and we'll grab some dinner before the show. I can pick you up in Oakland if you want. I'm not sure I'll make it down to LA. But I'll buy a ticket just in case.

I don't think there's a presale code. But no need. The Fillmore won't sell out in minutes the way the NY shows do.

well, i think i'm going to do this thing... 3-day passes are available through Sunday for $170 each which is the best deal monetarily. after that it's single-day tickets only at $70/day. need a presale password? pm me.

I'm more worried about making a Portland THS date, should one arise. my thoughts exactly. that's the way things have worked each of the last two years i've lived here--the bands i really care about seeing announce dates in pdx, and i don't have to be grumpy about waiting around in the sun all day, paying for things i can't afford (camping supplies/tickets/food/gas). plus, all the bands i wanna see are all spread out, so there's no way for me to condense the time.
