i must say, these are my thoughts near exactly. it's a record. bruce does a lot of good things musically ( obviously) and socially ( food pantry). this is not the biggest travesty in our nation currently not even top 10. or 12. I know. It is TOTALLY top 15 material.

I think this may also have to do with Bruce's contract with Sony, which I believe required a certain number of archival releases in a certain number of years.

and ya gotta love the idea of the champion of the working man selling exclusively at WalMart. I would not say Old Sam is a champion of workers rights. Me I dont give a fuck, I shop there cause its cheap. But Bruce? Cmon. Have a little skin in the game. I said this a long time ago when he introduced "the pit" to AOR audiences. Just think, less seats to set up, less to take down (no OT for the union guys at the end of stand) and instead of 400 on the floor you can squeeze 900. Those poloponies cost a lot.

yeah I think last year he was second in the tally. I think I have bought my last Bruce ticket. And for those that say, oh good now I can get one, Bruce hasnt sold out a show on the east coast since 2000. Theres ALWAYS seats.
