The Japanese know how to advertize McDonald's:
A YouTube Poop I made a while back: (A YouTube Poop is a random video created from various video/audio)

The most talented person in the universe performing "Back in Black" singing, playing drums AND rocking an Omnichord SIMULTANEOUSLY?
Okay.
Goddamn, I miss the 90s.

The Long Winters: Cinnamon. My friend's and I filmed a bunch of shows last year, thinking that we'd put out a dvd of local footage every six months. We have since come to realize that we are far too lazy/busy to do so, plus our gear keeps breaking. Nevertheless, we have some decent videos, that you all may enjoy viewing. The Long Winters aren't local (nor do they come from a place that has long winters), but I do <3 John.

Holy...
So, the Long Winters were my Hold Steady before The Hold Steady existed. I put on their first show outside of the Pacific Northwest -- wrote John a letter and asked them to start their tour in Milwaukee rather than Minneapolis. So they did. And seven (7) people came. One of which was my then-boyfriend, one of which was my then-roommate, and four of which were parents of people in one of the opening bands. Which means one (1) person came to the show of their own volition. After the show, tLWs crashed at our unbelievably teenaged apartment (complete with two angry cats and one ironic Kirk Cameron poster), ate off-brand ravioli right out of the can, and stayed up talking with us until 3 or 4 in the morning. T'was the beginning of a beautiful, ridiculous, and much-storied friendship. And seven years on, it still feels so odd and awesome whenever I find out anyone knows who they are.
Bless you for that, sr! Takin' me wayback...
And now, back OT:
(PS: I can watch Drunk Cab all day every day and still laugh until I can't breathe every time.)

Anyone ever seen Drunk History? Forgive me if this has been done, but I find it hysterical.

Still makes me laugh. The walrus-esque noises really add something to it.

Bless you for that, sr! Takin' me wayback... The first/only time I saw them was last year at that show (where they may have been 20 people), and afterwards I wondered how they've been around so long, and I hadn't stumbled upon/heard of them sooner. John saw us filming the opening band and asked if we'd do them as well. I'm glad we did, cause awesomeness ensued (he never emailed us back about the footage, though). LWs take to the stage..

The walrus-esque noises really add something to it. It's just so long, and then the cut back to the studio... Kills me every time.

For a bit of testosterone I present a beating:
Bring back the ref cam please, for all sports. You can say the Japanese don't like competition, but they do love production values.

This is making me very happy right now. Free Love Freeway from The Office. Very possibly the best four minutes of television ever.
I really wish the person who stole my copy of the first season of this show would give it back.
