Toasted brown bread peanut butter & banana sandwich with a glass of OJ and one or two fried potatoes (always boiled the night before). Sometimes I skip the banana & just have toast & a bowl of Honey Nut with a handful of granola.
Since I'm now working at a coffee shop, I ride the morning headache out until I get to work & proceed to consume copious amounts of the daily dark or flavour.

Cereal. Everyday. And sometimes for lunch and dinner, too.

I hate eating breakfast, but I do it daily, and it's normally just a bowl of cereal or a poptart.

I rarely ever get the opportunity to eat breakfast, but today I did. I had a glass of milk and two slices of buttered wheat toast.

I can't have Cap'n Crunch and orange soda anymore - sets a bad example for the kids. But I did have a rocking breakfast today, as it happens - a slice of chocolate/apple/cherry/nut cake. Mm.
Yesterday my older kid made me a pancake with mints mixed in. I'm a Bad Mommy. I balked.

tea and toast. mmmmm... yum. orange juice and toast mmmmm... yum Doesn't have the same ring does it? I find it a bit wierd that my breakfeast consists of the other two non-adults on the board: Toastie and Sunny D. I really don't want to be drinking and "gushing blood" for breakie tomorrow

i dont know how you people can drink coffee on an empty stomach. and steph, i dont know how you go all day without eating. i would either faint or rip someones head off I need coffee to even comprehend thinking about functioning in the morning, so coffee on a not-empty stomach is sort of incomprehensible. Twenty-odd years of having to get up and go at 6:30AM have yet to acclimate me to getting up and going at 6:30AM. And yeah, I tend to be less than pleasant around 3 in the afternoon, when my blood sugar is low and my workload tends to peak. My problem lies in both my anti-microwave stance and the fact that there is no vegan food to be found anywhere near the neighborhood I work in. Nothing but KFC, McDonald's, &c. Today, I didn't have time to watch CNN while drinking my coffee. I feel all off-kilter.

Since its Friday a bunch of people brought breakfast into the office this morning. I made a Fajita Quiche and a Spinach and Smoked Bacon Quiche which turned out pretty good. We also have some fresh brewed coffee and tea as well as home made cheese danishes.
Todays breakfast is 42 shades of awesome!

Today is "food day." It's sort of like a pot luck. My manager made two breakfast casseroles, one with sausage, one vegetarian with zucchini and mushrooms! YUM!!

The milk was bad this morning, so I got rid of my cereal and had strawberries and coffee instead.
