Happy 70th Birthday to Bruce Springsteen.
I genuinely don't think I'd be here without Bruce's music, which has been a part of my life since I was 13 (Darkness has saved me on a few occasions).
The one person (outside my family) I'd call a hero.

I agree. I probably wouldn't be here either if it wasn't for Bruce. And, I have a great group of best friends thanks to him too. Happy 70th Boss!

Broooooce!! Still drunk from the rugby so just put Blinded By the Light on the jukebox in my local. Wish I’d put Rosalita on instead because some old fella thought it was Manfred Mann’s Earth Band instead. Legendary songs.

My wife and I stumbled in a few years back after a show and their jukebox had three albums loaded into it: Born to Run, Thin Lizzy's Jailbreak and The Replacements' Tim. It really got me pondering whether or I not I truly needed any more than those three albums in my life.

There’s a jukebox in Sydney with Gaslight Anthem, the Townie. It’s a rock and roll pub you party at when there aren’t any parties.
There’s a pub in Melbourne with D4 on the jukebox but i think it’s the NZ band

I didn't even think of it that way. The review that made me check out THS in the first place (SPIN maybe?) described them as "Thin Lizzy & the E-Street Band." I was hooked before I even heard them play a note.
