Me too! I'm moving to Sheffield in a few months so it came together perfectly. Can't wait. I was gutted I couldn't make it to any of the first round of shows. I was told on the phone that there won't be any disabled seating on the night but I'm hoping it's just that they haven't worked out the details for it so far in advance. From memory City Hall has decent access I just hope we can get my girlfriend somewhere suitable to enjoy it from. Anyway, I can forget about all that for now, this'll be my first THS show. Very very exciting. That's shocking! My husband is mobility impaired and we've experienced first hand the total lack of understanding at some venues. (Bush Hall offered him a seat in front of the stage - because that would have gone down well with those Scene members wanting to dance their way through the set. At another venue an able bodied lady asked a lad in the disabled area to "sit down if your that disabled" so she could see better!!!)I'd definitely make sure there's something in place for when you go - if all else fails contact Attitude is Everything, they look at improving gig experiences for deaf and disabled fans - they have a mystery shopper section which your girlfriend might be able to help with. Thankfully, Koko in London is accredited by AiE so I'm hoping my husband might be able to enjoy this tour without people leaning over him to take photos etc like last time! Would've welcomed him at the front row at Bush Hall!!

We went to see The Darkness at Concord 2 in Brighton recently & there were wheelchairs at the front, not sure if that was down to venue or band. It worked perfectly & there was plenty of leaping around but common sensed used near the people in wheelchairs.

I tried to get tickets for my wife and her family to see Dolly Parton in Aberdeen. Never got close to getting any, and two weeks before the concert, there are still loads left on sites such as Viagogo, at a minimum of £170 a pop. I really hope she ends up playing to swathes of empty seats as people refuse to pay such ridiculous prices. Friend, I understand your frustration, but it's not the performers fault. Just a tip, I've found that I've had great luck in the States with Stub Hub at the very last minute. I don't know if Stub Hub is in the UK or not. I'm trying to see Jeff Tweedy in Baltimore and the prices are ridiculous right now.....but I bet at the last minute I can probably score a seat within the first ten rows and for a good price. These scummy ticket brokers don't want to be stuck with a huge amount of inventory.......If I were you, I'd start checking about 3 hours before showtime. Best of luck.

See you in Bristol chaps! Buzzing for round two (especially with no major UK festival dates being added.)
