So I knew the show was scheduled, but didn't know the tickets were for sale until they were already gone. Lord, I'm discouraged. Had to. So here's you: You got some tickets to come to the show with friends. You're from Baltimore or Philly or NOVA and you don't want to drive all the way after the show... but you don't want to get a hotel. You like food and beer and friendship. You have one friend who isn't as stoked as everyone else, or has a conflict, or can be killed off cleanly and leave a spare ticket. So here's me: I live in HBG, just a few blocks from the venue. I have an awesome house with many couches and places to sleep. I have a kitchen and food and beer, and a working knowledge of the best bars in town. Here's my proposal: sell me a ticket at a fair market price, enjoy a homecooked meal and beers at my place before the show, we'll party as long as we feel like, and we crash at my place afterwards. hollywood: find me, remind me, i'll will buy you a beer. I'll be wearing a silly hat of some kind. I hope I can get a ticket, and I'll take you up on the beer. I'm happy to host as many people as want a place to stay- and that is true even if there really aren't any spare tickets anywhere. I would be happier with a ticket, of course, but I can throw a killer party no matter what. |

I'm no conspiracy theorist, but does anyone have any thoughts on why the secondary market is so dry? There are no spare tickets ANYWHERE. Just to repeat- Looking to buy one ticket for the Harrisburg Show, and after the show, we can all crash at my house after we party.
