Short and sweet tonight in Dublin. No Future, Jesus and Honolulu rocked a lot harder than i expected them too. Special thanks to Alex (bass) for filling the gaps in my Grand Champeen CD collection. If you see him buy him a drink. Top bloke.

Del - look at that picture. Have the Guitarist and Bassist just switched shirts from the other night?

Went to Glasgow last night with Mr and Mrs Dotinfo. Missed a chunk of his set but got to hear some of them live. We arrived during "Western Pier" or "When No One" and Craig noticed me singing along so gave me a smile and a thumbs up. Saw Alex (Bass) afterwards. Like John K said, great fellow, remembers talking to me in LR. GO SEE THEM!

Manchester last night was epic. Given my hangover this morning, I am glad I was not in Glasgow as I understand that was a rather lively evening.
The only problem with the set was that it did not go on for a lot longer - everything you'd expect from off the album.
As noted above, Some Guns are wonderful people - and as ever Craig remains a true gentleman, generous with time and insight.
I picked up the limited white label single, a cool cf t shirt but forgot a bandana.
I can't wait for Brighton and London.

Enjoyed Brighton last night. Disappointingly small crowd, probably between 100-150, so not a much atmosphere (the Coalition holds 500 for gigs). I think he played the whole album + the usual extra songs which were excellent (except 'Dude From St Paul' which sounds like an uncompleted song idea). A guy in the front collapsed during Craig's acoustic solo slot which curtailed 'Going to a Show', it was a bit weird as Craig stood on stage not knowing what to do, the medics were a bit slow getting there, but the guy walked away so hopefully he was OK. The musical ability of the Some Guns guys was top notch, Craig was as committed and enthusiastic as ever despite the lack of atmosphere. A top evening.

Craig is playing the Empty Bottle in Chicago on Sat June 2nd. This is notable, because the Empty Bottle Curates Do-Division Street fest here in chicago, which also happens to be that same weekend (June 1st-3rd). And last year every band to play the weekend of Do-Division at Empty Bottle played Do-Division. So there's that.
