Hello everyone! I'm a big, big fan, but tonight will be my first show! I have kind of a silly question for people, heh. I'm from Minnesota, but I've lived in Vegas for quite a while. I was thinking about wearing my Minnesota Vikings jersey tonight, ya know, kind of as a sign of Minnesota pride or something (and hopefully get noticed a little, haha.) Do you guys think that would be cool, or too cheesy? In any case, I'll be there, excited for a great night! cheesy is pretty much how i roll for these shows. do it!

Haha, cool, cool. I'll do it! I'll be the one in purple. Edit: I found a sweet old Minnesota Twins shirt I'm gonna wear instead! In case anyone was gonna keep an eye out for the Vikings guy, hehe.

Wear it man, show off that MN pride.
I was at the SLC show on Sat night, wearing my Twins cap and Hold Steady MN twins t-shirt. Front row baby, and it was electric. I'm sure they love to see the MN pride out in the crowd.

Arrived from Houston a couple hours ago. Having dinner @ Rao's in Caesars before heading downtown for the show. I love the anticipation before a THS show. Will report back later.

Just got to the Beauty Bar. It's actually the Beauty Bar Trailer Park outside in the back. Lots of people milling about waitung for the show. Cool venue. Feels like I am in somebody's back yard. I don't see the guy in the Twins shirt ... Yet.

Do you mean like a real trailer park as in Whiskey Tango trailerpark. Thats punk rock as funk.

No, they call it a trailer court (there's a sign out back), but it is essentially just the back courtyard behind the building. The garbage truck came down the adjacent alley during WOD's first song! Nice. WOD only played four songs. They just finished. Seemed to have some PA sound issues that cut into their set. Sounded OK but they should invest in an electric guitar if they want to be a rock band. Setting up the stage now for THS.
