Crap, there is no way I can make it Montreal on a Wednesday. Stupid work.
Oh well, I'm like 98% sure I'm in for Halifax and Fredericton!

Anyone know what the size of Cabaret Mile-End is like? I know it's the old Club Soda but I don't know exactly. Either way, I'm super excited. First Toronto a couple weeks ago and now Montreal!

Anyone know what the size of Cabaret Mile-End is like? Capacity is about 300. And the stage is loooooooooooooooow. (Montreal is where my THS love began; I can't wait for this show.)

It was a great set and lots of fun. In addition to the band, frannyglass and I were entertained by a pair of people to her immediate left making-out, dry-humping and generally violating every notion of personal space known to polite society.

Set list was good, but I just didn't think this gig took off at all. I just think its kind of sad to see THS playing in front of 300 people in a major city.
I wonder at times how the band will keep their enthusiasm going when they just don't seem able to progress to bigger venues. In fact, they have gone down a notch in 2010 and in many places have played in smaller halls and to smaller crowds than 2008/9.

this was a a good show, the set list was perfect, maybe it misses a little passion and excitement of the early days but there's a professionalism that wasn't there before. I had a good time, not everything is gonna be Horsehoe oh and the assholes on E. I had a spare ticket that was paid for and I was walking into the venue with it and some chick was going fucking ape trying to find her way in so I gave her mine. I glanced over partway through the show to see her dry humping a stranger. Good times.
