I hadn't thought of that. And it was just yesterday I realized that the first lines in Chicago Seemed Tired Last Night refered to D4. I need more D4.

D4 is pretty damn great i just recently (finally) got the more songs about girlfriends and bubblegum 7", and it rules all the LPs rule too, but i think the first is best it's also the one THS always references

I hope there is one too. There's something about one of my favourite bands constantly referencing another of my favourite bands that is just so pleasing. Its also something that a lot of fans just wont notice and it makes it feel personal (im certain there are references to bands im not into that i havent got that are the same for others, too), especially as the two bands are different genres... Dillinger 4 have been one of my favourite bands for years (only behind THS and 2 other bands) and its great that craigs bringing them to a new (old >_>) audience. I saw them after 6 years of waiting in december and thank god they finally got to england, it was awesome.

There's a DC hardcore reference that cracks me up every single time I hear it. It was the one "Wait, whuuuuuuut?" moment in the studio.
