Theres some sort of ad for the new Season of Top Chef in Rolling Stone that features THS. Kinda weird. Has a mini interview with craig and Koob and a recipe for Galen's brautwursts...

So are they going to be on an episode like the Foo Fighters were? i would lose my mind. Top Chef and THS would be amazing!

If I was about to take dietary advice from a rock band, it really wouldn't be THS. But htose brats sound delish.

Anyone got a bigger image of the ad than the one in the link?
Is the brat recipe an actual brat recipe (e.g., combine X amount of meat with Y amount of fat, various spices, and shove into a casing), or a brat preparation?

IMHO, I think The Hold Steady should make arrangements to perform at next year's Bratfest in Madison. This year, the event broke the Memorial Day record for consumption at 208,752. Beer totals are unreliable. www.bratfest.com/
