212nd post. Deserving of a Margarita based thread? Yes, I believe so.
How to prepare (wiki): Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice. Happy drinking

had my first (& so far only) margarita in new orleans this july. it was hilariously over-sized & i shared it with two brits i met a day or two prior. it was glorious.

had my first (& so far only) margarita in new orleans this july. it was hilariously over-sized & i shared it with two brits i met a day or two prior. it was glorious. i have a friend who just moved to new orlean, and he says they have drive thru daquari's and magarita's; and as long as the straw hasn't puncture the lid on the cup, you're not drinking and driving. i think i would get myself in trouble, if my city offered similar accomidations.
