Okay, on a tangent, but somewhat related... Anyone here on Facebook? Well, anyone here on Facebook who has used a Hold Steady lyric as their status? I'm guilty.. 'Chris likes the warm feeling, but he's tired of all the dehydration.' Partly because I'll be listening and then have to do it, partly because I'm secretly trying to brainwash everyone I know... Usually I only update my status with song lyrics. Every other if not 9/10 come from THS. I'll join your brainwashing expedition.

I slip in " You Gotta Dance...." whenever I can. Ditto. Also have used "There's always other boys and you can make them like you" with my single girlfriends. They are not into THS and dont see the funny side. On with the brainwashing. Facebook status is mostly THS quotes. "we've had some massive nights, when every song was right" seems to fit the bill quite a lot. xx

I know if Finn ever writes a book I'll be the first in line to buy that sucker. Fiction, Non...whatever. Like Pickens in BLAZING SADDLES said, he uses his tongue purdier than a ten-dollar whore.

"Living large and feeling small" is said a lot in my house and was recently sung while walking home from the bar.

"Big heads and soft bodies make for lousy lovers" is one I use occasionally in reference to where I go to school, since it's an engineering school with a 3:1 M:F ratio.
I use "Silly rabbit, tripping is for teenagers" and "Because dreams they seem to cost money but money costs some dreams." for Facebook status updates sometimes.
