We've had a few isolated reports of people having problems with their A Positive Rage disc playing in computers and/or in their cars. We've tracked this down to a VERY small run of the CDs that were pressed by our manufacturers.
If you have this problem, DO NOT RETURN YOUR DISC TO THE STORE. If you have any problems, please email jake@vagrant.com with your full address for a replacement disc.
WE'VE REPLACED ALL PRODUCT THAT IS IN STORES AS OF LAST WEEK.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We believe that it's a very limited amount of copies that slipped through our manufacturer's quality assurance checks. I found that while I can't the enhanced CD to play on a Windows machine it works fine on Mac.

Yeah Mike, I just saw that PM. I also ignored nicollet's PM (sorry!) because I didn't notice them up there . But I've gotten back to both of them.
Also, I think I've made it through the standing emails to date -- along with the people who probably aren't registered here and contacted Blue Collar directly. Had a few hiccups with the post office but most everyone is reporting getting their cds in a timely fashion.

My disc plays on my work computer with Windows Media Player but it won't let me click the download link for the bonus songs... is it a problem with the computer or the disck?

mark, he's a busy man. email him at the address in the first post of this thread if you haven't already (and even if you have i'm sure it wouldn't hurt to send a reminder) and be patient. i don't think he checks his PMs on here regularly.

Yeah, I've sent Jake three emails, starting on April 27, and haven't heard from him.
Understand he's busy, but can't help but be a little frustrated. Amazon tells me that I have to take it up with Vagrant, so I'm just stuck.

dear people waiting for emails from jake,
he's a solid chap and he won't screw you over. he's just busy, and he's mailing out all these replacement cds personally so it's a big job. here at the board we don't really care. it's not that we want the boys to look bad, it's just not really our business, y'know? this isn't jake's secondary email - in fact he's not even on here much at all so i'd have thought if he's not had a chance to check his email he certainly won't be on here. i guess what i'm trying to say is, 'stop bumping this thread already. it's annoying and it won't get anything done faster.'
