Realizing that the only post-college aspiration you have is to drive the length of Highway 101 (and being all right with that, for now, given the circumstances)

4. Reading about Canada-U.S. Border crossings on Wikipedia (Fascinating.) As someone who does this about once a month, I'm thinking the reading about it is more fascinating than the doing of it.....

*First Sight by These United States (thanks to LilHan and supported by Hoodrat) this makes me ridiculously happy. these guys are great. the more recent album (i think it is called "crimes") is a little more rock n' roll but still with those exquisite lyrics. good stuff.

just one favorite thing.... the thought of getting a dozen or so of these for me and my friends: so funny. One of the best theme parties I went to was a Straight Edge party. You made your own straight edge shirt (mine said "Straight edge girls are sXe") and everyone had giant x's on their hands. Best theme parties I've known of: 1. Village People Party 2. Straight Edge Party 3. Merry KISSmas Party 4. Feist Party (this was my idea and I never did it, but everyone would have to wear red, yellow, green or purple and run around me in a circle while I wore a blue sequined bodysuit. For four hours.) 5. Late 90s Middle School Party (this was also my idea that has yet to be enacted, mostly because nobody is willing to cut their hair or spike their tips for it)

Steveo offered a free Esteban guitar, yes, as seen on tv, to anyone who showed up to the house dressed as a zombie. got a few responses, but no one came, except 35 of our closest zombie friends. end result: 35 zombies overtaking a crowded seaside bar. still have an esteban guitar. love theme parties!

You know, that man has such delicate features! He really should have been a Regency gentleman, and not a freak with Earth Crisis on his face.* See: * Apologies to those board members with Earth Crisis tattooed on the face.
