I love Gaslight but have really noticed a change in Brian's attitude as well over the past couple years. He gets irritated way too easily at people yelling from the crowd. In Seattle last summer someone yelled "You rock!" and he thought they said "You suck!" and wasted a ton of time ranting about it. It was really cringe-worthy.
It looks pretty awesome, very similar to another old venue that used to be on the north end of The Ave. Can't recall the name of it now...
Another couple things. First, it appears this is a Heineken-sponsored event according to the Neptune's website. Second, has anyone ordered tickets? The cheapest shipping option seems to be $10 Priority Mail. If they are available at a box office or something I would rather buy them that way.
I'm sure there is someone out there that has an exact setlist, but I can do my best. I know a few of these are out of order, but I'm pretty sure at least all the songs are in there. The set was amazing and the band sounded so tight. Incredible mix of older material, and the new songs were awesome live.
(full "official" set list below...)
The highlight for me was that they played the 4 songs that I really wanted to hear, but are not always a guaranteed part of the set (Stevie Nix, Resurrection, Most People are DJs, A Slight Discomfort)
