Sounds like some good preparations in place - I love it when a plan comes together!
Barring some last minute miracle / change of heart (like the one I had last year), I shall be sitting out the 2020 Weekender. The Friday gig falls on my birthday, and I shall be doing the sensible, decent thing and spending it at home with my family this year.
I shall be thinking of the many friendly friends (who've posted above) making so much joy in Camden. Miss you all!!!!
Muzzle's Friday night pit / Saturday night balcony plan sounds like a fine idea, though as tBob noted, balcony first, then descent into the madness for encore also works a treat!

Hello All. I've been listening and going to shows for years but I have always come with friends. I just booked my flight to London solo for the three night stand in March. I am sure that once I arrive I'll have no trouble meeting wonderful folks- however I wanted to run something up the flagpole here to see if anyone has groups going, extra tickets they may need a taker for, anyone trying to split accommodation costs, or anyone with contacts for "local delicacies". My name is Jared and number is 1-812-528-1435. Will check back here occasionally too. Let's have some MASSIVE nights!

If, on the other hand you are coming on to a band's messageboard to ask people to phone you with a drugs hookup, then perhaps it's worth thinking about whether that's what the messageboard is for.

I think it’s usually talks and lectures more than concerts in the day time. Could still catch something interesting though.

Well there goes the idea of deciding to come at the last minute! Be crawling with broadcasters flogging memoirs in which they reappraise how important it was to be able to drink cider in a pub underneath [insert music magazine here's] offices. Or it might be a celebratory atmosphere. Delete as appropriate!

Tried to get tickets for the Sunday afternoon at Dingwalls - was on the website when it opened, got put in q queue and ten minutes later was told it was sold out. Good job I've other stuff to keep me busy that weekend

I wouldn’t have minded seeing the Kate Tempest, Kim Gordon, Jehnny Beth, Nadine Shah show but I’m not turning away from Bush Hall for it. Great line-up but no, not this time.

Hey Folks! I’m a big Hold Steady fan currently living in the Czech Republic. I’ve been to a shows in the US before but the Saturday Camden show is going to be my first time seeing the band in Europe and my first time going solo. I’m on an English teacher’s budget so I’ve been scouting Couchsurfing and nearby hostels for cheap accommodations - I’ve reserved a bed at the Smart Camden Inn Hostel (£22 a night and only a third of a mile from the venue). I’m waiting to see if a place comes through on Couchsurfing but wanted to share in case anyone is looking to go the hostel route too - looking forward to a massive night!

Hi all, trying to stay positive but I'm devastated as I've become double booked for Friday the 6th - is there any chance someone's looking to trade two friday tickets for two saturday ones (or if worst comes to worst buy the Friday tickets at a cheaper price?)? thanks!

If anyone has an extra ticket for Saturday or Sunday, I'd gladly buy them off of you. I was only able to find a Friday ticket.

Anyone else still missing their Sunday ticket? I ordered for each day separately (missed the initial friday/saturday bundle) and while the tickets for Friday and Saturday arrived almost instantly after ordering, I'm still missing my Sunday ticket. I initially got an email from See Tickets stating that the tickets were late and would normally be dispatched 14 days before the event. They're also asking to NOT be contacted 'till a week before the event, which would be a smidge late for tickets getting a ticket through snail mail to Norway. Starting to stress out a bit here ...

Yup, me too, and I think lots of others. It was the same last year. Hold tight, I'm sure they'll arrive in time.

I've got an extra ticket for Bush Hall, selling it at face value (44 GBP without the fees). Preferably face to face meeting before the show. PM me for details.

Hey Sallyparadise, first Weekender for me too, also solo. Can't help with the the couch sorry but folks seem to be heading down the Black Heart pub near the venue in the afternoon if you fancy a brew. I worked as an archaeologist in Prague for a couple years and miss it! Would be great to have to have a chat

Any ideas? my receipt confirms that I have paid for a package Thx If I remember correctly, Moshpit Josh will have a list of names at the merch boot. Last year you could just walk up there, tell him your name, and you got your package. Same thing in Brooklyn in December. If you don't hear otherwise, I think you can assume that's the rig.
