Would anyone who are so lucky to attend these shows mind buying one extra, and send it to me? I know it's a bit to ask, but I would really like a copy for a non-ebay price.

Holy shit. That song is incredible. It's like Meeting Across The River by Springsteen had sex with The District Sleeps Alone Tonight by The Postal Service.

Didn't see the tape for sale at the Webster hall Very fun show. Craig's band is now a trio - just him, bass and drums. Played songs off both solo records and ended with Certain Songs and Nassau coliseum Titus played a cool set, Craig joined at the end for bastards of the young and I'm waiting for my man. Highlight though was Tad coming out for Stations. I miss the hold steady

No cassette tape until next week according to merch girl.
Surprised no second guitar player. Are the drummer and bass player the same as last tour?
Great show all around. Love the Ottobar.

Arun who played lead guitar last time through the Ottobar could not do this tour due to other commitments. Instead, it is a power trio and you get to hear Craig's version of shredding for the leads. Thoroughly enjoyed it all. Photos soon.

I was trying to list highlights, and by the time I got through Apollo Bay, Newmyer's, Jackson, Nassau Coliseum, and Certain Songs, I realized I'd hit most of the set and it was all pretty much one consistent highlight once he sped Maggie up. His guitar playing was expressive and tasteful, and the band was good. I just wish it had been longer, that there had been more FitF tunes, and that we'd gotten Bastards of Young. Lou's birthday or not, I'm way more into the Replacements than the Velvets. Good times. Go see this tour. I have a feeling it's only going to get bigger and better as it goes, as these bands are spending a lot of time together over the next month.

I had so much fun at last nights show. I am sore and not ready to go to work, but so worth it.

Great photos - really capturing the atmosphere (always nice to see a Vistalite, too)

He posted the entire set from the Akron show (he also posted all of TA's set). The sound isn't bad.

This was the night Titus told Craig they wanted him to sing the Billy Joel cover followed by Replacements "Bastards of Young" (hence the introduction of the song ... "these people they wanna hear that real Minneapolis shit right now") Complete curveball. Genuine moment.

Nice to hear the keyboards!! bring back franz I think it's the song that misses its keyboards most, along with SiM.
