I guess I'm just really confused/blown away by the prospect of someone who's willing to anonymously address me via the internet but won't say hello in person more than once? The shows he mentions happened over the span of almost 5 years, which is a pretty long time to silently acknowledge someone. I talk to complete strangers all the time and never remember any of them (vodka + goldfish memory).
Que sera, &c!

I once did this blog about this totally cool girl I haven't really met, well even seen in person, or um even know anything about and. I like to blog. Duh. And some of it isn't really good -- i know, i know -- sorry, Aunt Patty. Well, this one was eloquent and beautiful and lyrical and not at all stalky or obsessive or crazy or, um, nm. I dunno. Anyway, the blog was so good that i made a sweater about it out of hair from my best friend Lucy's pet ferret. Well, I needed some extra -- who knew ferret hair was so short or so hard to gather without an "official" key to Lucy's apartment ?? weiirddd -- so I used some more from a scarf i borrowed from a girl I once saw on the skyway, for like 33 days in a row, who threw it to me when she was running to a police car -- so thoughtful that one. Well, anyway, the sweater was full of writing. I stitched the whole blog on the front. and on the back, the collar had a tat just like she had. The girl, not the ferret. It said "Miss Miser" Like the Heat Miser from that Christmas claymation movie that isnt Rudolph or that old miser lady from the Guinness Book of World Records. I used to sleep with that sweater. And now I have lost it. Damn. Hey, anyone in here want to be friends? OMG! That was, like so cool. Hey, yeah. We can be friends. That would be totally chill. We can hang out in my parents' garage and listen to my older brother's cds. K? XO WD

Dunno what he has, I have to raid his cd collection while he's at football practice. Whatever. My mom makes the most killer grilled cheese. She'll make some if we ask. I mean, I know it's kind of lame for my mom to be hanging around and whatnot, but she's pretty chill. LOL. XO WD

Just that you are noticeable. Its pretty complimentary if you ask me. Not that you would. And its not me. I have never been in Milwaukee or Chicago. But if I saw a girl with upside down crosses on her arms and Mis Misery tatooed on the back of her neck at a bunch of shows I went to, I might write about it too. Youre kinda like Brittney.

The bullshittiest thing I've read today:
[...] maybe because theres no good rock songs coming out recently?
the last couple of real good rock songs was maybe last year with dani california (ok thats more funkish) and falling on (finger 11)
billy talent hasnt come out with anything and metallica sucks
Maybe we just need more rock bands out there...

I'm probably uncomfortable with it because of my kneejerk anti-internet-social-networking stance (Myspace, Facebook, etc). I'd so much rather say hey in person... so as to avoid the person I want to say hey to randomly finding my blog and then being weirded out that I would write about them but only say hi once. Bonus: just can't relate to the idea of remembering someone that I see regularly at shows unless they have a matching nerd shirt with a number on the back. But thank you for comparing me to Britney. The only actual bullshit I experienced today was realizing that I didn't really care about digging my car out from under the half-foot of snow that had accumulated while I was at work. WTF, summer-loving brain? Have you given up?

My sister, apparently, is mad at me, but she won't give me a solid reason why. D: I don't know how to fix it, but this is the second time she's been pissed with me today (the first was when she needed to pick me up from the other end of town and she hit every red light and a freight train stopped her). Today is not a good day. D: And it started off so brilliantly.

Smoke breaks. WTF? Why does someone who smokes get more time off than me. I figure the average smoker smokes 3 cigs a day (3 breaks at 10 min each) thats an extra three weeks vacation over a year. Fuck that shit.

Plus, think of all those extra sick days.
And, to top it all off, they get to live a whole decade less than you do.

Fuck that shit. you got some lazy smokers if it takes them 10 minutes to finish one. i try to make it as quick as possible get my fix and get back to work.

Fuck that shit. This drove me insane when I worked at a restaurant. We didn't have breaks but starting at 9:00 PM, people were allowed to go out for a cigarette. These cig breaks would last for probably like 20 minutes, during which time we would have to pick up the slack. And all the managers smoked, so they didn't see the issue. One time I tried asking if I could go stand outside for 20 minutes, but apparently that wasn't okay because they needed people to you know...work. I have no issues with smokers, but that made me so frustrated.

my dad will not leave me alone about moving the christmas boxes from the shed to the house. my sister and I are the only ones home and I have a term paper to write (shhh! I am so writing it!), but OHNO, we just HAVE to do menial work. I DO NOT WANT TO DECORATE THE HOUSE. at least not yet...or the inside. maybe roof lights. next weekend. or something.
**edit;; So I got seven boxes and some misc. stuff out with my little bro's help, and I told my dad. His response was "DECORATE". Mine? LEWJTREWJRLAWJ TERM PAPER.

this is why i started making all the smokers take the trash out (the dumpster is about 2 blocks away and needs to be turned on and compacted and stuff). they don't whine because they get to smoke and extra cigarette.

www.jsonline.com/business/35603279.htmlThis is seriously, seriously almost as devastating to me as losing an extant family member. There aren't words for how much Atomic changed my entire life. I bought my very first record there. Tickets to my first indie rock show. They are completely responsible for my music taste and hell, probably 75% of my personality. I still blow absolutely all of my leisure money there, as I have been doing since I was 12 years old. Their address was on my list of tattoos-to-be. It's been burned into my brain for 14 years. This is unreal. Crushed.

Today I stepped in shit that had gum in it. I think it might have been human shit. It was in the subway, so unless a dog went into the subway and shit on top of expelled gum it was human shit. I am just wondering if the gum was passed in the shit or the shit was done on top of the gum. Its just a shitty thing.
