OK folks, we finially found the long lost Garage D'or recording. As I had said (and the info file says), Terry made a copy from the master for Mason, whom gave me that copy to transfer and upload for all of you guys. Here's both lossless flac and v0 mp3 versions. Do not sell these, for free distrobution only... LIFTER PULLER Garage D'or Records, Minneapolis, MN 02/xx/99 Soundboard? -> cassette (master) -> Maxell XLII 60 min cassette (1st gen) -> Tascam 424mkI -> SONAR 2.2 *edited in Audacity, tracks split on Goldwave by soniclovenoize 1. Lie Down on Landsdowne 2. Plymouth Rock 3. The Candy Machine and My Girlfriend 4. Candy's Room 5. Space Humping $19.99 6. Sherman City 7. Let's Get Incredible 8. LFTR PLLR vs The End of The Evening 9. Touch My Stuff (cut) This is a first generation tape, dubbed from the master cassette by Terry Katzman, owner of Garage D'Or Records in Minneapolis. My friend Mason procured this tape over ten years ago, but it was promptly lost in his house. This show has been uncirculated ever since. He recently found the tape, and here it is. Terry recorded the show, presumably from the soundboard, and "LFTR PLLR vs The End of The Evening" was featured on the cassette release Garage D'or Christmas 1999, a limited edition of 200. The tape cuts out a minute and a half into Touch My Stuff so it is unknown if this is the full show. Lossless FLAC: www.mediafire.com/?8eu9u9cg53ud723Mp3: www.mediafire.com/?hwnglek6s95ckvh

Thanks for posting! Listening to it right now. The tape cuts out a minute and a half into Touch My Stuff so it is unknown if this is the full show. At the end of the previous track, Craig says 'we're going to do two more', so even if there was no encore there is one full song missing after the tape cuts off in addition the partial track.

I really love Lifter Puller. It would be pretty incredible if they started touring again with The Hold Steady. Though, I'm sure, that would be incredibly tiring for Craig and Tad, it would be one fucking hell of a show. I think I would rather see Lifter Puller opening for The Hold Steady (with Franz) than The Stones open for The Beatles.
AM I CRAZY?

You've forgotten the part of the story where that bastard Travis N. borrowed the original from Mason and kept it for years.
