good call on iggy, not so much on against me Yeah but by getting New Wave I got into Reinventing Axl Rose and As The Eternal Cowboy - two of my favourite albums ever. At first I thought that New Wave was really well produced, but after you have explored their back catologue it just seems really over produced, and has lost all of the grittiness and rawness of their other albums (aside from the horrible Searching for a Former Clarity)

I think I'm going to cry. So excited, no news on pre-ordering yet I assume?

Matt, how can you not like "Searching For A Former Clarity"?
There is so much everything in that album. Best punk record since "London Calling"

I like the BaGiA cover. Think it suits the album and it reminds me of the shows. My least fav artwork is probably Sep Sun, but I wouldn't say it's bad.

After RAR and ATEC, I had really huge expectations that were bound to be dissapointed, but I kept listening to it based on the songs I liked, and I've come to realize that it's a fully-formed whole album. It's not exactly the most pleasant or uplifting album, seeing as how it's basically a farewell to the older fans who wanted to keep them in the basement. It's downright pessimistic at times, which explains why it hardly gets played at any of their shows. Overall though, aside from a few clunkers (I still can't stand "Justin"), it's a pretty excellent album. The title track is really moving.

I guess SFAFC just wasn't what I expected. Acoustic EP - Amazing Axl Rose - Amazing Eternal Cowboy - Really good Disco before the Breakdown - Amazing
Former Clarity - meh. There are some good songs on it, but some songs, like Violence, I just can't get into at all.

I'm not getting carried away at all. Damaged, The Shape of Punk To Come, Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegtables, Milo Goes To College... all great albums. But, Searching is just a HUGE sounding record, and you can hear how conflicted they are, how oyutraged they are, and how they don't know what to do. AM! threw everything AND the kitchen sink in to "Clarity"
