Question.
You are going from city to city everyday on this tour. I know if I was on this tour I would be dead after about 4 days because of all the drinking and lack of sleep. Are you guys drinking hard every show? If so, how do you do it?

Brendan doesn't drink, so my guess is that they're powered by the majesty of ROCK.

Brendan and co. are all Soldiers of Rock.and with The Rock all things are possible.
i'm one of the older peeps here and i can tell you as a vet of several such runs that you probably feel like shit(especiallly if you're drinking, etc.)after about 2 or 3 days.
but for me,that's when it gets good.when i go to a dirty shitty rock club to hear dirty nasty rock-n-roll,i kinda want to feel a little like shit.a little hungover,a little wired from a bad nights sleep in a shitty hotel room(preferably on the floor or in the tub)with a meal of shitty food in my gut.part of the rush of touring with a band i think is the whole idea of sucking it up for The Rock.even if you don't indulge in substances and/or spirits, enduring the grind of the road with other people who love the exact same thing you love can't possibly make the shows anything but sweeter.
or maybe that's just me.

That really doesn't do my knees or kim's knees justice. It looks like someone came at us with a baseball bat. :)

make the blogs longer.don't be afraid of being indulgent.i'm totally getting a kick out of these.it's fun watching you guys deteriorate in such a gloriously rock-n-roll manner:)
just kidding...you're actually holding up quite well.such are the benefits of youth and teetotaling.not that i would have either going for me.

Are you guys drinking hard every show? If so, how do you do it? No, the drinking is pretty minimal. My heaviest drinking night was three beers at Albany; I don't know about Emily's. Since we're up front every show, it's not too easy to get to the bar. Plus, we're doing the trip on a budget and I like food more than hangovers.

my favorite part of that video was "whydoyouhaveatacoonmycomputerKIM." hahahahaha
seriously, brendan's frenzied phone call at midnight was basically like "HEIDI THESE KIDS ARE INSANE, I AM LUCKY TO BE ALIVE, AHHHHHHHH"

I love these videos. My favorite so far is the story about the guy skateboarding by pit bull.

We'll have one more for Iowa City, a wrap up and probably an outtakes video. Starting in Buffalo is where my sinus infection starts to really take hold. I usually sound rough after a show and my voice doesn't record well, but this is really not a good indicator of how I sound.

For the record, I'm no frat boy, I just know that Jager is the nectar of the gods.
Keep up the VBlog! I'm catching up on past episodes now.
