Forgive me, as I'm doing this for every show I'm attending on the tour.
Who's in? Starting the list now.

I might go, depending on whether or not they'll play chicago this summer. That said, i'd be going (semi) reluctantly because I fucking hate those goddamn benches in front of the stages.
Word to the wise who are going, get there early, other wise you'll be behind hoardes of people standing on benches in front of the stage. I'd imagine itd be a little weird pogoing to "Little Hoodrat Friend" on a bench too. Bah, when are they going announce a Chicago date already!

Here's a picture of the stage if anyone wants verification.

That stage looks interesting, and probably painful. Off to Play-It-Again-Sports for shinguards.
...Not really. But I should consider it.

Pre-show buildup music is good. Perfect weather.... sun is setting.... Lake Michigan in view..... should be a good one.
I'm hoping for "Banging Camp"....

Pretty good show. Nothing from Almost Killed Me which was a little disappointing but lots from BAGIA and ending with Resurrection were both great.

Greatest show of my life. Did anyone write down the setlist? I still need to process and remember everything, and it'd be nice if someone wrote it down or something. I met Galen, Steve, and Tad, and chatted with oldestfan for a little bit.

I don't know if I've ever seen Craig look so happy and energetic. Show was amazing. I got there 9 hours before their set, and met up with Brendan & friends, who had beat me by a couple of hours. Met oldestfan, Rhinovirus & JY, Katie Shore, and a boatload of other wonderful people.
I saw a fantastic THS shirt, black with the SP logo on the front, and on the back were a few lines. "Chicago DIDN'T seem tired last night" and two others. Was that you, Holdin'? I want five of them.

Not in any order, here is what I got:
Constructive Summer (opener) Sequestered in Memphis Lord I’m Discouraged Stay Positive Slapped Actress Magazines Stuck Between Stations Chips Ahoy Hot Soft Light Same Kooks Massive Nights You Can Make Him Like You South Town Girls The Sweet Part of the City The Weekenders Rock Problems Hurricane J Barely Breathing Our Whole Lives Hornets! Hornets! Your Little Hoodrat Friend How a Resurrection Really Feels (closer)
They also played a song I've never heard before. Great show!
I got to meet Brendan yesterday, really nice guy. Talked with him a few times before the show. He said he'd help me get on here if need be cause I'd been having some trouble, but I resent for a confirmation code and it happened.
Seeing them in Minnesota on Sunday! Super excited.

They also played a song I've never heard before. Great show! I believe that was Going On A Hike. Awesome show, showed up about 6 hours early, had a great spot. They kicked large amounts of ass. Also met Tad, Steve and Galen (thanks to oldestfan). I'd say more but I'm having trouble forming coherent thoughts

What an incredible show....6 hours at Summerfest almost wrecked me. I have seen them quite a few times and this ranks right up there with the 1st Ave show in 2008. Setlist was incredible. I don't think I have ever heard "Your Little Hoodrat Friend" done finer. Just a great night with some great folks.
Yes, BigRob, that was my homegrown t-shirt from a Chicago show from about 2 years ago. Franz has one! I have about 14 of those bad boys left, probably all have been worn but what the hell. I had a young lady come and kiss my arm (I have a SP tat). Mrs Holdin was not lovin on her. A cat fight would have secured this night as one for the ages, but alas ms. holdin didn't step up.
I am not sure who everyone is on this site as Holdin is a quite man until the banging starts. I love watching the passion of THS fans. Great people. Craig felt the energy.
I am going to start a thread that I need some input on....

It was definitely Going On A Hike.
This was easily one of the best concerts I've seen. Craig was beaming the whole show. Great crowd. Perfect weather.

After the show and after most of the crowd had left, we were up by the stage talking to Steve. He was on the stage side of the barrier and the rest of us were on the other side. Summerfest security came up and said "Hey, you guys have a pass to be there?" we didn't respond, then he pointed at Steve and said "Do you have a pass to be over there?" and Steve says ".....I just played a show, dude." Summerfest security guy instantly becomes world's biggest Hold Steady fan. "Oh! Great show! You guys are keeping rock'n'roll alive!"

There's been no official release of it, they just play it live sometimes.
