Hey guys, I appreciate the feedback. To answer a couple questions: > CDs shipped daily all last week, and every single order was shipped by Friday. On the pre-order product page we always list an explanation that pre-orders aren't promised in hand on the release date, and that they will be shipping during the week of release. In this case the earliest we could begin shipping CDs was on April 6th, to avoid breaking the street date. I definitely understand some people expect the item in hand on the release date, thus our disclaimer. If you guys feel we can do better I'm very open to feedback. > If you bought from us and are having CD problems please send us an email at orders bluecollardistro [dot] com along with your order number and we'll get it fixed. Regarding the CD issues, we've gotten several emails about this, and I've contacted Vagrant for more info. As a percentage of our pre-orders this seems to be affecting around 1%. Obviously I can't speak for Vagrant, or give any additional insight as to what may have happened, but I randomly opened a copy here and it plays fine.
If anyone has any other issues, good or bad, feel free to email me personally as well - burton [at] bluecollardistro [dot] com.
Thanks everyone, -B

Burton (great name Man) thanks for dropping in on the thread. That personal touch goes a long way to making an internet transaction feel like one music lover dealing with another from the scene. Good to know you Guys read the board too. Way to hold steady. Don't panic folks, I did the laundry.

I like the DVD, I like the shirt. Good vibes on that live cd. But let me put it this way: This Chicago setlist is not necessarily my all time favorite.

i finally watched the dvd last night. it's cool, kind of an extended interview with the band about breaking big. i was kind of hoping for a story or something looking a little deeper.
but i LOVE the live CD. kickin.

I preordered mine from HMV. How foolish I am. It was sent a week ago. Every morning it gets a little harder.

I like the DVD, I like the shirt. Good vibes on that live cd. But let me put it this way: This Chicago setlist is not necessarily my all time favorite. To be completely honest, I think that was purposely done. It's a Vagrant release, so the majority of the setlist they played that night was BAGIA related - in fact, they played the entire record out of order. If you notice on the back cover, all Frenchkiss tracks are starred and at the bottom it says "Courtesy of Frenchkiss Records" or something to that effect. They cut a couple songs off the live record that they played that night.. Stations The Swish Chips Ahoy Hot Soft Light Massive Nights Party Pit Ask Her For Some Adderall Barfruit Blues Modesto is Not That Sweet Same Kooks Chillout Tent You Gotta Dance.. Lord, I'm Discouraged You Can Make Him Like You Your Little Hoodrat Friend Southtown Girls Encore Citrus First Night Status Killer Hot Soft, Party Pit and Modesto got cut. Womp womp.

Have been playing the live CD in the car steadily for a week. I agree it is not the best set list. SS and AKM are underrepresented. That said, it's worth every penny just for the amazingly transcendant Killer Parties closer. Super clean sound from a TIGHT band. The Koob's stunning guitar work makes the hair on my arms stand up. It's unreal. And listening to Craig's "so much joy" speech is a almost as good as being there.

Mine came while I was in the USA (of course). Love the shirt and the live CD, even if it's an incomplete show. Haven't watched the DVD yet. However, even more than 24 hours after signing up through the web form, I still haven't received an email with a link from Vagrant telling me where I can grab 40 Bucks and Spectres... Should I bug jakevagrant yet, or wait until a (USA) working day?
